How to ease anxiety for Mums!!
I have personally suffered varying levels of anxiousness at different times in my life.

I also remember when my daughter was much younger, her separation anxiety from me was so bad the effort just to get her to school each morning left me feeling like I had already completed a day’s work and my day hadn’t even started.

It was so emotionally draining and exhausting!!

So to help you out, I have included some supports you can implement PLUS a POWERFUL Kinesiology support to help you to start reducing the symptoms.

Firstly, it’s so important to mention the basics…

1. Sleep is essential for good mental health.

A good night sleep starts with a healthy bed time and a relaxing night time routine.

Making sure your phone and electronic devices are away and turned off well before bedtime, try reading or meditating before drifting of to sleep will help turn your brain off from overthinking.

There are range of sleep support essential oils that are amazing to help with reducing the time to fall asleep, stay asleep or to help switch off your brain so you can have a restful sleep.

I'd recommend my "Calm your Mind Bundle" or my "Sleep Bundle".

You can check them out here here  !! (Be sure to contact me for order instructions so to unlock best possible prices and my ongoing support)

2. Look at your diet!

Avoiding sugar is a great place to start, sugar will feed anxiety and DEFINITELY make things worse.

MAKE IT EASY, look at one part of your diet where you may have high sugar content, may your snacks?!

Try to swap it out your sugary snack with some vegetable sticks or rice crackers with avocado and tomato.

A diet high in magnesium is a good idea for someone who suffers anxiety, so this is something to consider too.

3. Now for a POWERFUL Kinesiology support…..

We are going to use this technique to support your adrenal glands and your kidneys.

Your adrenals glands are responsible for releasing stress balancing hormones so they are a great place to start to support your stress levels as this has a direct affect on your mood. Your kidneys are where we hold the emotions of fear and anxiety so it's very important to support them.

Rub the bottoms of your feet for a good minute where indicated in colour in the diagram.

A good time to do this is at the beginning of the day after waking and also at night before going to bed.

Use a calming essential oil like lavender, frankincense, peace and calming to increase the effectiveness.
